Shipping Destinations
My First Drop (Great Britain)
My first drop (to be announced) will be Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) only, as I want to do a smaller test drop to make sure all my items end up safely at the right addresses.
I’m not currently shipping to Northern Ireland due to the EU’s GPSR rules, which require a representative based in the EU. I will hopefully be able to ship here soon though!
I will be announcing it first on my mailing list, which can be found in my Email Sign-up Page.
Shipping to GB will be done through Royal Mail.
EU and Northern Ireland Shipping
I’m currently working hard on sorting out EU shipping!
For me this means finding an authorized representative based in the EU (for GPSR) and also sorting out a system to handle the various taxes. There is a chance it will be too costly for me, but hopefully it shouldn’t be an issue for me, as I sell a small range of products. I would love to sell to the EU, so this is a big priority for me :).
US and Canada Shipping
I’m sorting out shipping to the US. I believe I will have this sorted before EU shipping. I’m currently arranging insurance, and making sure the customs and tax experience is seamless so that there are no problems with the delivery of my items to you. I don’t want there to be any surprise costs for you when it arrives at your door!
Other International Countries
I will be offering international shipping to most other countries very soon, very likely before North America or the EU, as there are less specific regulations to abide by.
Shipping FAQS
How fast do I ship?
For my first drop, I will be processing and sending your item within 24 hours of you placing your order. My future shop updates may be different, as I might be dealing with larger volumes. Once I have transferred your item to Royal Mail, it should be delivered to you within 48 hours, but please allow 1-2 weeks. You will receive a tracking code via email to monitor your delivery.
My Item Hasn’t Arrived Yet?
If your item hasn’t arrived yet in the time I outlined above, please send me an email! I want all my creations to safely find their way to their new homes.
Import Duty Fees
As mentioned above, I’m arranging for my shipping to have no hidden costs. This will mean a higher initial cost, but all fees will be included at the point of purchase, so you don’t have to worry about surprises fees once it reaches your country/state, unlike other shipping methods. I will be using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping to handle this for you.
What Do I Do If My Item Arrives Broken?
Please contact me through email! I want to avoid my products breaking in transit at all costs. Learning about this will help me refund you and prevent this from happening again!
Returns
I offer 14 days for free returns and full refunds if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to.
I also offer a full refund to customers if you’ve told me within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You do not have to provide a reason for the refund. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told me.
I will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
I do not offer refunds for faults that are listed in the item’s description. This is relevant for items sold as ‘seconds’ for a discount. Please pay attention to the item listings. I also use a ‘crackle glaze’ in some pieces, meaning that cracks form. This will be described in the item’s listing. Crackle glazes are meant to crack and look like fractured ice in my pieces. However this crackle glaze won’t detach/break from the jar with normal use, as described in the product labelling and description.

My products are collector’s items intended for adults.

My products are not toys. They’re not suitable for use by children 14 or under.
Decorative purposes only- unless I state otherwise in the product’s description.
My products are not suitable for cooking, storing food, hot liquids or drinks- unless I state otherwise in the product’s description.
Please retain the labelling packaging for future reference.
Not dishwasher or microwave safe unless I state otherwise in the product’s description.
My product are stoneware ceramics. They may contain small pieces (choking hazard) and sharp edges if broken.
Imperfections
Please also note that due to the individual handmade nature of my items, there will be small variations in colour and size/shape. This can be due to small deviations in the kiln firings and making process. This is not a negative thing however, as it makes each item individual, adding to the charm and character.

I’m working on lots of new product ideas at the minute. This will include some more affordable options and also some more extravagant ones!
Custom Requests
If you have a custom request that isn’t listed in my store, please send me an email. I will not be able to accommodate all requests at the minute, but it’s worth discussing. Please bear in mind custom requests may be more expensive. We can discuss this over email.
